Toy Studio shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Toy Studio reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional offers, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Toy Studio offers replacement only for eligible products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, nor do we provide refunds for delivered products except in circumstances specifically mentioned in our Refund Policy. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery and must be supported by a continuous unboxing video recorded from the opening of the sealed package until the product and its contents are completely displayed. Claims submitted without the required unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and according to their intended purpose. Adult supervision is recommended wherever applicable, particularly for products intended for young children. Toy Studio shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, negligence, misuse, modification, or failure to follow the product instructions or recommended age guidelines.
